Problem

The following error is occurring in A3200:

"An initialization error occurred in the Communication Service : The service failed to create a real-time event."

Solution

This error indicates an issue between the A3200 software and its real-time component, INtime. A common solution is to reinstall both programs:

1. Uninstall A3200
2. Uninstall INtime (separate program from A3200)
3. Restart the PC
4. Reinstall A3200 (INtime is installed automatically)
5. Restart the PC
