1. Check if the controller is mapped in the Connection Settings of the Configuration Manager, if not place a checkmark in the box and push the button "apply" and "Ok". 
2. Check if you can build communication on the Configuration Manager and Motion Composer
3. Check the Windows Firewall, often the application of Ensemble/Soloist and LabVIEW will be blocked from the Windows Firewall. Allow all communication from Ensemble/Soloist and LabVIEW through the Windows Firewall. Check the Outbounds and Inbounds rules through the Windows Firewall, sometimes one side is only blocked. 
4. Restart the PC

Schritte zur Überprüfung, welche Ursache es ist: 

1. Prüfen Sie, ob der Controller in den Verbindungseinstellungen des Konfigurationsmanagers abgebildet/gemappet ist, falls nicht, setzen Sie ein Häkchen in das Kästchen und drücken Sie die Schaltfläche "apply" und "Ok". 
2. Prüfen Sie, ob Sie die Kommunikation auf dem Configuration Manager und Motion Composer aufbauen können.
3. Überprüfen Sie die Windows-Firewall, oft wird die Anwendung von Ensemble/Soloist und LabVIEW von der WindowsFirewall blockiert. Lassen Sie die gesamte Kommunikation von Ensemble/Soloist und LabVIEW durch die Windows-Firewall zu.  Prüfen Sie die Ausgehenden und Eingehenden Regeln der Windows Firewall. Manchmal wird nur eine Seite geblockt, weshalb der Fehler schwieriger zu erkennen ist.
