Problem
The A3200 CNC operator interface loses Customizable Buttons configurationOperator Interface loses a custom buttons configuration and reverts back to the default buttons.
Solution
1. First check Locate the file path for the customizable button configuration file from within the CNC OI > Utilities > Preferences > Customizable Buttons > Configuration File.
2. Then make sure this configuration file actually exists in that file path. Make sure Verify that your customizable buttons configuration file (.XML file) exists at the directory the CNC OI is pointing to. Ensure that no folder in the file path has been removed. Make sure if If the file path is on a company network, verify that you are connected-the PC is connected to the network, or try moving and specifying a file path directly on your PC (like your Desktop or under Users > Public).
3. Are you logging into this PC with different Windows users each time?

3. Ensure that the PC is being properly shut down through Windows (a soft shut down). A hard shut down (powering off the PC with the power button) has been known to cause this type of behavior.

If that folder is removed or the software can't access it, the CNC OI will default to the factory application settings.4. Then if the Customizable Buttons configuration file path keeps disappearing from Preferences, please note that you should do a soft shutdown closing the CNC OI and Aerotech software first before just shutting down the PC with its power button.
